Wendy Bramlett

Wendy Bramlett is the founder of Studio Be Yoga in Boulder, Colorado. A yoga teacher since 1981, her style reflects a deep understanding of the body, and emphasizes the dynamic interplay of focused action and receptive awareness.  Through language, wendy also weaves rich imagery and metephor into each class.
