Kelly Boys
Kelly Boys is a mindfulness trainer and author of The Blind Spot Effect: How to Stop Missing What’s Right in Front of You. She has created mindfulness programs for UN humanitarian and development workers, veterans with PTSD, and directed a teacher training for Google’s Search Inside Yourself program. She works with the United Nations Foundation and has worked as a director at the Search Inside Yourself Institute, Integrative Restoration Institute, and at San Quentin State Prison as part of the Prison Yoga Project. Kelly is the founding advisor for the Simple Habit meditation app.
