Program Description:
Step into a sacred space of relaxation, renewal, and transformation in this immersive retreat that blends the meditative healing practice of Sat Nam Rasayan with the powerful tools of Kundalini Yoga. Together, we will create a container for deep rest, inner reset, and alignment with the transformative energy of 2025—a numerological 9 year.
The number 9 signifies the completion of cycles and the opportunity to release what no longer serves us. It invites us to heal deeply from the past, integrate life’s lessons, and prepare for the new chapters ahead. At times, this process can feel challenging or unclear, but through the practices of Sat Nam Rasayan and Kundalini Yoga, we’ll cultivate a state of clarity, neutrality, and inner peace.
Sat Nam Rasayan, meaning “healing through the sacred name,” is an ancient healing practice that works through deep meditative awareness. In this state of neutrality, resistance dissolves, the mind quiets, and healing flows naturally. By connecting to our inner sensitivity, we access the infinite potential of the present moment, where body, mind, and soul find balance and renewal. During the retreat, you will:
- Relax Deeply: Experience the state of Shunia (zero point) to release mental noise and resistance and immerse into the stillness of your true self.
- Reset Your Mind: Transcend duality to foster stillness, clarity, and presence in daily life by letting go of old patterns and embracing the completion of life’s cycles.
- Heal from Within: Harness the power of Sat Nam Rasayan to reconnect with your innate wholeness and invite profound healing to unfold.
- Renew Your Spirit: Develop intuition and tap into your creative, expansive potential through neutrality and trust.
The practices of Kundalini Yoga will further support your transformation, offering powerful tools to balance the body, awaken the chakras, and elevate the mind. Through kriyas, meditations, sacred sound, and Aquarian Sadhana, we will align with universal rhythms and create a foundation for lasting healing and vitality.
Whether you are seeking personal transformation, tools for healing others, or simply a space to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a supportive environment for your journey. Together, we’ll honor and integrate the lessons of the past, embrace the healing power of the present, and step into a renewed sense of wholeness and possibility.
Come as you are, and leave renewed.
