This course will make mindfulness accessible and approachable to anybody interested. Over the six weeks, we will explore mindfulness both in and out of meditation to bring mindfulness to life.
Rooted in the Insight Meditation (vipassana) tradition, Matthew will offer practices and techniques to build a regular mindfulness practice. You will walk away with a whole new toolbox to be more present and aware in your everyday life.

Matthew Sockolov has been practicing meditation since his teenage years. He has co-led teen groups at Against the Stream Meditation Center, led new meditators in orientation at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and founded One Mind Dharma meditation center.
