March 6–9, 2025
Meditation & Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, On Land Retreats
Inspired by the human yearning to wake up to our lives, and based on the principles and practices of the evidence-based program Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), this retreat offers an in-depth look at mindfulness tools for engaging the demands of our lives and for deepening our inquiry into fundamental health and wholeness.
Through sitting, walking, and body scan meditation practices, mindful yoga, and periods of silence, we will return to our lives better equipped to manage stress and to confidently integrate mindfulness into daily life.
