Heal Your Inner Child & Remember Your Innate Leadership Power
July 10–13, 2025
Healing Workshops, Immersive Meditation Retreats, On Land Retreats, Personal Transformation
Program Description:
Neuroscience tells us that trauma is stored in the body, and we know that relationships show us where our work is. Whether you’re a leader in your family, community, or organization, your role and relationships can feel more aligned with your values when you take radical responsibility to heal the emotional pain that has gone unprocessed and untended for so long.
On this long weekend retreat, Fereshta will guide you through meditative journeys as you commune with your inner child. Kelly will invite you to go deeper with self-reflection, practicing vulnerability inside of a supportive container, transformative journaling prompts and more. And Kristine will help you release stored emotion through the somatic practices of breathwork and Yin Yoga on program days.
Based on Kelly’s book, Heal to Lead, these trauma integration modalities are grounded in shadow work, Buddhist psychology, mindfulness studies, neuroscience, epigenetics research, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and more. Together, we’ll correlate how your survival strategies have kept you both safe and small; you’ll reconnect to your innate wisdom and the healing power of community; and you’ll remember the gifts you are here to contribute.
Testimonials:
“It’s hard to put into words how profound an impact Kelly has had on me and my leadership. I feel she was born to do this work — uncovering what’s holding you back and then challenging you to be your best self. If you’re looking to become a more conscious leader, Kelly’s guidance is the best investment you can make.”
—Louis K.“Within months of focused attention on the root of the issues, as well as on the behavioral patterns arising from them, Fereshta helped me to steadily shift into a more secure inner stance, which consequently shifted my relationship dynamic to a healthier and more secure one.”
—Anahita M.
