Take time from your everyday life and embrace slowing down. Join Cole Schlam and Heather Lindemann for a grounding weekend yoga retreat immersed in the art of “doing less.” We will enjoy daily slow and nourishing yoga classes (slow flow, yin, and restorative), journaling, meditation, and other self-care practices. At the heart of this retreat will be the space to experience connection, rest, and renewal.

Extended Night Option
This program offers an extended day for you to come on the 9th. The tuition price would increase to be $305. If you’re interested in spending an extra day to connect with your body, follow the instructions below!

- Under the “Choose Your Accommodations” section, you will see two tuition options to choose from. Click on the one titled “Extended Night Option.”
- Under that same section, select “Add Extra Night” and where it says “nights before,” select “1.”
- Fill out the rest of the info on that page and submit your registration!
