Stock Gifts
Please request that your stockbroker electronically transfer designated securities to Drala Mountain Center’s (DMC) account with Fidelity Investments as indicated below. All deliveries must include DMC, Fidelity Investments, and our account number. For questions on transfers, please contact donorservices@dralamountain.org. Please let us know the name of the stock, how many shares, and when you will be instructing your broker to make the transfer so that we may identify the gift when received in our account and acknowledge it promptly.
Planned Giving
Planned gifts support us in our capital improvements and long term sustainability. To learn about giving to DMC through your will, life insurance, retirement assets, real estate, or by establishing a charitable trust, please email giving@dralamountain.org.
Vehicle Donations
Drala Mountain Center is often in need of working vehicles. We would be grateful for donations of station wagons, SUVs, RV’s, vans and trucks, preferably with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive. ATVs and golf carts are also very useful for our summer operations. Larger vehicles that would support a shuttle operation, large vans, busses, etc, are also especially needed and appreciated.
Generally, the vehicle donation is tax deductible for the fair market value of the vehicle. If you need further information about possible tax benefits we are happy to steer you in the right direction.
