Allowing Life To Be As It Is
by Sara Avant Stover
I wanted to share an excerpt from a dharma talk I offered last year at this time in my online Internal Family Systems & feminine spirituality community, Women’s House of Wisdom.
In it, I speak to the metaphysical principles behind these holidays, and what they can teach us about true, spiritual surrender, what’s possible when we stop trying to control life through our personalities, and the transformative cycles of death and rebirth.
This is for you if you want to remember what’s really possible for you (beyond your human limitations), are tired of trying to fix/control/manipulate life, or have simply reached a place in your life that your ego can’t help you get out of.
May this be of benefit.
