The New Year is a beautifully poignant time to find refuge, rest, and renewal in the practices of awareness, kindness, and wisdom. Join us for nourishing retreat, meeting yourself just as you are, renewing any intentions for the coming year, and strengthening your capacity for clarity, balance, and presence.
Drawing on the teachings of the Buddha and held in the peaceful space of noble silence, our practices will include meditation, gentle movement, small group practice discussions, daily dharma talks, and time for personal relaxation and reflection. Held among the beauty of Drala Mountain Center, this retreat offers precious time to connect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
Everyone is welcome, both new and seasoned practitioners. Come join us!
