Drala Mountain Center Operations Director Invites Ngöndro practitioners to come for a week of practice.
Join us for Ngöndro Spring Break (woohoo!). Ngöndro is the preliminary practice of the Tibetan Vajrayana tradition.
This is a self-directed program for people currently doing ngöndro practice and accumulations. We welcome people from every tradition, with a true Rime spirit. Primarily, folks attending will be doing the Kagyu ngöndro, though others are completing ngöndro from the Nyingma lineage.
We will focus on practice during the day and study in the evenings. The study can include individual as well as group studies. This includes watching videos from different teachers and an open invitation to our elders on the land to give a talk. We also hope that this is a time to build sangha among people who may be practicing primarily on their own.
Requirements for this program are formal initiation into the ngöndro practice and the ability to practice independently.
