Lead with Compassion and Light the Way for Others
October 2–5, 2025
Healing Workshops, Immersive Meditation Retreats, On Land Retreats
Program Description:
Discover your innate leadership power. As the world becomes more complex, we must become more flexible, grounding ourselves in the new hallmarks of leadership—compassion, vulnerability, and collaboration. Come explore what it means to lead with compassion as a lifelong practice to light the way for others. Through guided meditation, transformative writing, imagination dyads, and somatic practices, we will strengthen our bodies, minds, and spirits as high-conscious leaders.
On this long weekend retreat, Kelly will invite you to go deeper with self-
reflection, practice vulnerability inside of a supportive container, engage in
transformative journaling prompts and uplevel your leadership skills. Kristine will help you release stored emotion through the somatic practices of breathwork and Yin Yoga on program days.
Based on Kelly’s book, Heal to Lead, these trauma integration modalities are
grounded in Buddhist psychology, mindfulness studies, neuroscience,
epigenetics research, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and emotional intelligence. You’ll awaken parts of yourself that have been dormant; you’ll reconnect to your innate wisdom as a compassionate leader; and you’ll reimagine the world you want to live in.
Note: All participants will receive a signed copy of Kelly’s book, HEAL to LEAD: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing.
