Rebecca Johnson
Rebecca was inspired by a 90-year-old woman who did splits on Jay Leno and knew that’s how she wanted to feel in her body as she aged. Yoga not only helped her increase her flexibility, but it also helped her clear her mind and connect more fully with herself and the world around her. After struggling with anxiety and depression for years, yoga showed her another way to soothe and heal past trauma. Rebecca is always eager to learn and is a student of many forms of mind/body medicine. She has completed over 1,700 hours of yoga and yoga therapy training and is also trained in astrology, reiki, and intuitive readings. When she’s not teaching yoga, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, singing, walking, hiking, cooking, and reading.
