Patricia Kelly
Patricia began practicing meditation in 1986. She was introduced to zazen by an Episcopal priest, who was also a zen practitioner. This, along with reading Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind, set her on a path that brought her to Naropa University, where she received her Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy. After completing her degree, she began practicing psychotherapy at the mental health center in Boulder. Over the last 30 years, she has continued as a meditation student and teacher in the Shambhala tradition. Patricia lives in Louisville, Colorado where she has a private psychotherapy practice specializing in treating trauma.
